Luminaires and their components can be reverse engineered for use in new product design or in design upgradations.
The required prototypes can be manufactured using CNC wire cutting, Laser Cutting or 3D printing. The prototypes can be used to fine-tune designs before going in for tooling finalization and mass production.
We have an In-house Integrating Light Sphere which can be used for lumen testing of Luminaires, LED Modules and other light sources. Data with respect to Lumen Efficiency, CRI, CCT etc can be provided with this equipment.
We have an in-house semi-automatic photo goniometer which is used to generate IES files for luminaires which can be used for lighting design purposes. Comparision of light distribution of various luminaires can also be done for clients.
We have an in-house facility for conducting thermal testing on luminaires to ensure products are deisgned and manufactured keeping in mind maximum allowable temperatures with respect to LEDs and drivers.
For outdoor luminaires, we have an in-house IP testing facility for testing luminaire protection against water. Testing is conducted up to IP67.
